Cutting from the September Rebloom

It’s a beautiful, sunny Fall day at Lavender Brook Farm.

While our French lavender is finished for the season, the English lavender is gifting us with a small second bloom. For several weeks, we have been able to walk the fields collecting small bundles of Hidcote English lavender. Happy to see that we can still collect flowers in full bloom into mid-September.

English lavender is beautiful in crafts or for culinary use. These bundles are cut and handled with

special care so they can be used in recipes.
